5. Communities and Moderation

Community moderators may manage membership and content.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access where necessary to maintain safety, legal compliance, and platform integrity.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and take action, including:

• Content removal
• Warning or restriction
• Account suspension or termination
• Referral to law enforcement where required

Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

LOT, including software, trademarks, branding, and design, is owned by Super Able Inc.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services

LOT integrates third-party services (e.g., Apple and Firebase). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LOT is not a medical, psychiatric, legal, or emergency service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Able Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• Amounts paid by you to Super Able Inc. in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
• USD $100

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Able Inc. and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Your content
• Your misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if necessary for violations, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

13. Governing Law
