On the Adoption of “Super Intelligence” and “SI”

By the authority vested in me as Chief Executive Officer of Super Able Inc., I hereby issue the following proclamation:

WHEREAS, the terminology used to describe emerging technologies shapes the way they are understood, developed, and ultimately integrated into human life;

WHEREAS, the terms “Artificial Intelligence” and “AI” have historically described machine-based systems capable of performing tasks associated with human intelligence;

WHEREAS, Super Able Inc. believes that the potential of these technologies extends far beyond something merely “artificial”;

WHEREAS, Super Able Inc. was founded on the belief that technology should not simply imitate people, replace people, or automate what people already do, but should expand what people are capable of becoming;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Acun Kaya, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Super Able Inc., hereby proclaim that, effective immediately, the terms formerly referred to as “Artificial Intelligence” and “AI” shall, wherever reasonably applicable within Super Able Inc., be referred to as “Super Intelligence” and “SI.”

What Super Intelligence Means to Us

For Super Able, Super Intelligence is not merely a new name. It is a mission.

The word “artificial” describes the origin of an intelligence: something constructed, engineered, or created through machines.

The word “super,” as we use it, describes its potential.

We do not define Super Intelligence as intelligence that exists above humanity, nor as technology whose purpose is to replace human beings.

We define it as intelligence that expands human possibility.

To us, intelligence built through machines should ultimately serve human intelligence — helping people think further, create more freely, understand themselves more deeply, communicate more meaningfully, and reach possibilities that previously did not exist.

This principle reflects the broader thesis of Super Able Inc.: the highest purpose of technology is not simply to make machines more capable, but to make people more capable.

Accordingly, Super Intelligence represents both the technology we work with and the direction in which we believe that technology should develop.

It is an aspiration toward systems that augment thought rather than diminish it, amplify creativity rather than standardize it, deepen understanding rather than merely accelerate output, and expand the range of what an individual human being can imagine and accomplish.

Super Intelligence is intelligence in service of human potential.

This terminology shall begin appearing across Super Able Inc.’s products, communications, research, internal documentation, public materials, and future work, except where the use of “Artificial Intelligence” or “AI” remains necessary for legal, regulatory, contractual, technical, historical, interoperability, search, or explanatory purposes.

Through this proclamation, Super Able Inc. formally adopts Super Intelligence and SI as the company’s preferred terminology and affirms the mission behind those words:

Not intelligence above humanity.
Intelligence that expands human possibility.
